The spa at the Park Hotel Terme Villa Teresa is situated at the top of the astonishing bay of Citara, on the western side of the island of Ischia. Citara The name Citara is inextricably linked to wealth and luxuriance of mineral water springs that flow naturally in many parts of the bay. In recognition of the healing properties of its mineral waters and revitalizing the Romans gave the name of the bay Cytherea erect a temple to Venus Cyterea, goddess of love and beauty. After thousands of years the waters of the Bay of Citara maintain unchanged its virtues and we made it the flagship of our new and welcoming center "Cyterea Spa and Wellness." The mineral waters of the river basin of the bay spa Citara are extracted and processed according to modern techniques that allow an optimal, effective and varied use.
