About Hotel Citara

The hotel is located in the splendid and suggestive bay of Citara, 100 meters from the beach and 1.5 Km from the center of Forio. (The bus stop is outside the hotel's exit). The renowned Poseidon gardens are located at a distance of 250 meters

The rooms are located in different buildings, adjoining the hotel with a splendid view of the bay of Citara, TV, telephone, services, air conditioning, mini bar depending of the type of choice.

Restaurant

The valued restaurant is located on the 1st floor of the main section of the building. Through its glass windows one can gaze at the bay with its splendid sunsets. The typical, traditional cuisine is made with genuine, typical products of the island of Ischia. The rich buffet consists of antipastos and vegetables. Dinner consists of 3 menus to choose from, one of which is always fish-based.

Pool and beach

Guests have at their disposal a thermomineral pool at 36° C with a spacious sun terrace, complete with an open-air bar. The thermomineral spring that fills the pool is part of the hydrothermal basin of Citara; its extremely high healing effects result from both the richness and variety of its mineral salts and its elevated water temperature.
Hotel Citara is situated in the splendid Citara Bay, only a few meters from the beach and a few minutes from the famous "Poseidon Gardens".
