About Ristorante il Saturnino

Open in 1946 by an American man who, fallen in love with Forio, dediced to stay here. At that time, Forio was populated by many artists, here to relax themselves and taste the good dishes.
In 1997 Saturinino passed to Ciro and Stefania, who restructure the restaurant interiors and begin to set a local wine list and a menu with few dishes where the wild fish bosses the show.
The local is set on the neighborhood of the port of Forio. Few tables and kindness are our guarantee. A tasting menu and a high level cuisine.

Our special dishes

The menu is based on the daily catch and the different seasons. Amonf the antipasto: ricciola with rice, cake with anchovies, courgette and aubergine, squid and lobsters. The first courses: mangetout with squid and basil, pennoni with tomato sauce, bean soup. The second courses: fillet fish with potatoes, capers and olives, cuttlefish with beans. Among the cakes, very good, a mini caprese, a cake with lemon cream, pastierina and babà.
