The cuisine is based on fresh and local products. The Tyrrhenian fishing is the best one and the chef Maria Di Scala and now also Giovanni Mattera, are able to bring out the taste. A very creative cuisine to value the local tradition and Mediterranean techincs. The best products are fruits, meat and chocolate. On the beach of Ischia, a sea dwelling, easy to reach. In town centre of Ischia, as often as not no access zone, reachable only by taxi. To who wants to reach it by bus, a pleasant walk of 600m, 6 minutes on foot, divides the restaurant from Piazza degli Eroi. By car you must park along the nearby streets, Via Alfredo De Luca, Via Antonio Sogliuzzo and Via Francesco Sogliuzzo.
