Description
Rocco is patron saint of Barano. The church dates back to the seventeenth century, in the eighteenth century it was decorated with stucco work (especially the facade), the marble altars and polychrome with wooden statues. It contains a painting by Cesare Calise dated back to 1632, representing Our Lady of the Rosary. In this church, in fact, there was a confraternity of the Rosary that was in vogue until the twentieth century.
